Interim

We offer interim services in the field of administration and advice. We also offer our services at the location of our customers.

We deliver our services at an hourly rate of €75,-

Bookkeeping, Advice and Salary administration

Our hourly rates vary from €50,- to €100,-
Besides that we offer the below packages:

Partnerships

This is a legal form without legal personality, including: the sole proprietorship, general partnership, limited partnership and professional partnership (jointly-owned companies).

Services:

  • Keeping the administration
  • Sales tax returns
  • Yearly financial statements
  • Quarterly reporting
  • Preparing and submitting the income taks returns
  • Meetings (at least once per quarter)

The below stated prices are annual costs. Also, an extra €75,- will be charged for each additional partner.

Invoicing takes place quarterly. Each package can be tailor-made to your needs.

Legal Entity Company

This is a legal form with legal personality, including: The Private Company, Public Limited Company, Association, Cooperation and Mutual Guarantee Company and the Foundation.

Services:

  • Keeping the administration
  • Sales tax returns
  • Yearly Financial Statements (Micro/Small)
  • Preparing and submitting a corporate taks return
  • Depositing of the publication report
  • Quarterly reporting
  • Salary administration director-major shareholder
  • Preparing and submitting the income tax returns
  • Meetings (at least once every quarter)
